Strategic Operations Partnership: $2,500/month
Minimum 3-month commitment.
The first three months are the foundation. Everything after is where we build the business together.
Month 1: Audit, Blueprint & Early Build
We go deep into every layer of your business. By the end of month one, you have:
- A full operational audit report, which is a clear, honest picture of where your business actually stands
- A prioritised roadmap showing exactly how we get from where you are to where you’re going
- Early systems and workflows already live, which are the quick wins that don’t need a full build to implement
- The foundation is made that everything else gets built on.
Month 2: Core Build
This is the heaviest month. We’re building inside your business while it’s still running. By the end of month two:
- Your core SOPs are documented and reflect how your business actually works now.
- Key automations are live, lessening the manual, repetitive work your team was doing unnecessarily, so they can focus on more.
- Your team has clearer direction, clearer ownership, and less friction in their day-to-day.
- Your tech stack is working together, not against you
Month 3: Stabilise & Set the Foundation
We stress-test everything we’ve built and establish the operational rhythm that carries into the long-term partnership. By the end of month three:
- Your team is trained, accountable, and running with clarity
- You are no longer the operations person in your own business. You’re the visionary, focused on building and growing what you started
- You know what you want to keep, what you want to drop, and what you want to build next

Month 4 onward
Ongoing Retainer Partnership: $2000/Month
At this point, we’re working together regularly for as long as you need. Once your operations are built around your actual vision, having a partner who knows your business as well as you do becomes something you don’t want to give up. During our partnership, you gain the following:
- Quarterly strategy meetings, going over what we accomplished, what’s next, new offers, new hires, and new directions.
- Active involvement in your launches, media appearances, speaking engagements, and events.
- Ongoing hiring support as needed. We’ll help you find the right people and build the system that brings them in & sets them up for success.
- Monthly execution against everything we mapped out together, tightening as your business grows.
